for children

to join the groups below for the
second half of the service

Creche for babies and young children, held in our Old Chapel building. Lots of time to play plus some structured activities for the older children, including a Bible story with colouring or craft. The children are also given a drink and a biscuit. We ask parents to bring their children across to the Old Chapel, and come to collect them afterwards. 

Scramblers (formerly Bubbles)
(ages 0-4)

Pathfinders (formerly Explosions)
(school years R-2)

For children in infant school. Bible stories taught with games, crafts and lots of fun. Drink and biscuit also provided. Currently meeting in the Old Chapel building, alongside Scramblers. We ask parents to bring their children across to the Old Chapel, and come to collect them afterwards.

Explorers
(school years 3-5)

For children in the first thee years of junior school. Bible stories taught in an interactive way, with activities, games and crafts. Drink and biscuit also provided. The group meets in the Middle Hall.

The Grid
(school years 6-9)

For older children/young teens. The Grid meets in the Upstairs Lounge twice per month (on the other Sundays, they stay in the service). Bible teaching and discussion, to help the young people understand God's word. Talking through how it applies to them, to explore faith and help them follow Jesus.
